Birt/Arnold Family

While on a trip to Indiana recently, I was shopping in Nappanee and came across an old book entitled "Our Wedding Ring". Upon inspection it proved to be a wedding book for Cary E. Birt and Goldie J. Arnold. It is complete with their names, the signatures of their witnesses and the pastor who married them. The guests have also signed the book and a picture of the wedding party is enclosed. The wedding took place on May 6, 1917 and only states in Ohio. They were married by F.M.(J.)Conser a pastor of the Methodist Episcopal Church.

I purchased the book and since returning home have done some research and found a death notice for a Cary E. Birt from Darke County. Date of death is February 16, 1989. His survivor's names fit names in the book. Names other than Birt and Arnold appearing on the guest list are: Whited, Hainsbarger, Coons, Miller and Livingston.

If there are any family members still living and they would contact me with some information regarding their family, I would love to send the book to them if they wish.
