Arba.--Howe (Bart) Beetley, 65 years old, died Tuesday (June 7. 1955). Born in Hollansburg, Ohio, Mr. Beetley lived most of his life in that community. He moved to Richmond in 1930 where he operated a cream station and managed a semi-pro baseball team. For the last 14 years, he has operated a grocery in Hollansburg and Arba.

Survivors include the widow, Nell; two daughters, Mrs. James Chittick and Mrs. James Barker, both of Hollansburg; three grandchildren; one brother Dave (Quay) Beetley of Richmond.

Funeral services for Mr. Beetley will be held Friday at 2 pm at the Hollansburg Christian church with Rev. John Bergland officiating. Burial will be in Hollansburg cemetery. Friends may call at the Miller funeral home in Greenville from 7 until 9 pm Wednesday and from 2 until 4 pm and 7 until 9 pm Thursday.
