Hi to all from Sacramento, CA. Since tomorrow is Veterans Day I thought this would be a good time to mention : my W W 2 Navy -Hospital Corps Uniforms are on display @ Garst Museum in the Military Room. They are really displayed with care & beautifully done!I was in service from 1944 thru June 1946. After my discharge-I went to Detroit, Mi. (where I had acousin teaching Nursing -in that City.) I entered Harper Hosp. School of zNursing Sept. 1947 including Wayne Univ.Grad. Sept. 1950 w/ my R. N.
All of my relatives on my Fathers' side were born or live in DCO since the 1830's.Some : HART-COOK-Keister-Loy-Boone- Brooks-Noffsinger & many others. Thanks for posting this for me & I hope some get to the Military displays, It is a great room!-Marjorie HART Buckmaster
