WILL OF C.W. CHENOWETH PROBATED
The last will testament of Charles Wesley Chenoweth late resident of Hollansburg, Ohio was filed yesterday for probate and record.
He bequeaths to his widow, Mary Chenoweth, the property in which they resided on Main street, Hollansburg together with all household good and $1000 in cash. He also directs that she shall have 70 acres of land lying to the west of Hollansburg and Middleboro turnpike in Sec. 5 and 6 of T. 6 R. 1 E. which is to be sold upon her death and divided among their children.
All property not bequeathed to his widow is to go to the children share and share alike.
The instrument is dated Aug. 7, 1918.
