HAS BEEN FILED IN THE PROBATE COURT
Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Beck, Late a Resident of Washington Avenue, Bequeaths Personal Property to her Husband and Real Estate to Other Relatives--Will Was Made March 14, 1911.
The will of the late Mary Elizabeth Beck, wife of E. E. Beck, who died at her home, 530 Washington avenue, this city, some two weeks ago, has been filed for probate.
The will, which was made on March 14, 1911, and witnessed by Edith Husted and Maude Harter, names H. F. Dershem as executor.
To her husband, Mrs. Beck bequeaths all of her household goods, books, etc., and also bequeaths to him in lieu of dower and all other interests in her said estate all debts which may be owing from him to her, and directs that any notes evidencing said debts shall be delivered up to her husband, or to his executors or administrators.
The will also provides for the payment of all her just debts and the residue of her personal property, if any, is bequeathed to her half-sister, Jennie E. Jennings, to whom is also bequeathed in trust a house and lot in Greenville and tract of land in Franklin township. At her death the property is to revert to the children of Mrs. Jennings, share and share alike.
