Will of Nathaniel S. Byram of Darke County Ohio

being week and desirous of disposing of my business Do make this as my Last Will and Testament

1st I direct that all my just debts be paid

2d I give devise and bequeath to my Wife Mary E Byram all my Personal & Real Estate of every kind and Description to her and assign in fee Simple for the payment of Debts and the future Support of my family

3d I hereby constitute her Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and direct that indemnity Shall be required of her for the di[s]charge of this truse [trust?] further that What may be [unknown word] to Same Condition

In witness hereof I shall here unto}
Set my hand and seal publication this will this 7th Day of September in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and forty one

Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the above Named testatour [sic] for his last will & testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence & in the presence of each other have Set our names & Witness thereto

Special Ses[s]ion Dark[e] Common please [sic] Personally came in open court Silas C Bryam and Thomas Barns two of the Subscribing Witnesses to a paper purporting to be the last will and testament of Nathaniel S Byram late of Said County Dec[ease]d who being duly sworn Saith that they [sic] Said Nathaniel S. Byram signed the Same by putting his mark thereto that they subscribed their names thereto as Witness[es] at the request of Said deceased and that at the time of executing the Same the belief the Said Nathaniel S. Byram was of full age of Sound and disposing mind and memory and not under any restraint whatever and fu[r]the[r] Saith not
