Application for Letter of Administration:

The State of OH, Darke County, in the Probate Court.

Mrs. Anetta BUBECK, being duly sworn, a resident of the Township of Adams, in said County, died on or about the 3rd day of September, A.D. 1902, and that there is not, to the knowledge of affiant, any last Will and Testament of said decedent; that the said Mrs. Anetta BUBECK, died leaving the following persons her only heirs at law:

Louisa OLNEY ~ daughter 900 Richmond St, Cincinnati, OH
John F. BUBECK ~ Husband ~ Gettysburg

The undersigned asked to be appointed Administrator or the Estate of said decedent, and on his oath aforesaid say the amount of Personal Property will be about $300 and the Real Estate about Total, and offer a bond in the sum of $8007, with Jan. H. STOLTZ and L.N. REED as sureties thereon and suggest L.N. REED - John MARCUM - James A. HOR??? and -------as appraisers.
