I'm looking for Andrew Kennedy b. abt. 1817 in Guernsey Co. Ohio...was this a different county in 1817? His parents; JOHN KENNEDY & JANE WATTS...ANDREWS KENNEDY'S WIFE; JANE STEWART. Does anyone from Ohio in this county have any information on them? I would appreciate hearing from you. Thank you very much. Jackie Downen~California
