James COATE (COATS) b. Jan. 28, 1779 OH and d. Jan. 15, 1856 Iowa Co., IA. He m. Mary WEST Nov. 21, 1801 Darke Co., OH. She was b. April 9, 1780 and d. 1835 OH. They had: 1) Joseph 2) William 3) Abigail 4) Mark (Marmaduke?) 5) Mary 6) Elizabeth 7) Sarah 8) Wesley "Wes" 9) John 10) James
They were also in Miami Co., OH and then went to Iowa Co., IA. Some went to Caldwell Co., MO. Please email me if you know anything further on this family.
