DARK, SHEARS, CASSATT

Looking for possible contacts/information about SHEARS, DARK, and CASSATT families in Darke Co. My Shears line; Earl Shears, married to Mabel Millard in Ft. Wayne IN, 1910. Earl from Xenia,Greene Co, lived FT. Wayne IN with Mabel, 1910/22, and then no trace untill 1933 in Columbus,Ohio. Found in my mother's effects; an envelope (1973) from Kyle T Dark formerly of Dark Co, living in Muncie, with pictures, and of course no dates/info. Earl's wife to be, Mabel MILLARD lived in Muncie, 1897/8. Mabel died in 1923, in unkown, and buried unkown. Earl's mother's line name, CASSATT, has persons listed in Darke Co.(1800s) Thinking (wildly guessing) that Earl SHEARS may have gone to Dark Co, due to CASSATT connections, met Kyle DARK and became life long friends. Hope you can see the feeble possible connection.
