Hi Laura,
Sorry it took so long to write back. It sounds like my David could be related to yours. I am totally at a dead end though. I don't have any information for him - parents, siblings, or anything like that. It is almost like he was an orphan. I do have his last will and testament, his death certificate and his papers form the civil war. I'm not sure where to go from here.
