My family (Klar) came from Stark and Tuscarawas County. Phillip arrived from Strasbourg,Germany, now France in early 1800's. Other relatives were John 1840's, John Russell, Albert B Klar, 1870's, John Russell, born 1898, Mary, aunt born around 1898, John Richard Klar 1915, father Charles Russell, 1921. I have a complete listing (geneology) of these families and was interested to see if their is a relationship or further details. Please feel free to e mail me at the above. Thanks
