Kelly family.

I am trying to find information on a Kelly family that was in the Darke Co. Ohio area in 1838 and 1840 On Nov. 23, l838 a Joseph S. Kelly was born in this family and on 10-2-1840 a Catherine Elizabeth Kelly was born I can not find the parents name by 1859 they were in Rock Island Co. Il. If anyone knows anything about this family please contact me. Thanks a lot.
