Cheri,
The Ruth Greer you spoke of married Sam English, 14 Oct 1831 by John Wintermote J.P. of Darke Co., OH. She was born 1813 died 1851. She had four girls and four boys.
The Ruth V. Greer I refered to was the daughter of Dr. Stephan Greer and grandaughter Dr. Stephan A. Greer. She was born 20 Jan 1882 and died 11 Aug 1976.
My 4G Uncle Lewis York I have born 20 Nov. 1822 and no notes on if he went to KS or not.
