Since posting the question relating to Andrew versus Aaron Beam I have come to the conclusion that Aaron Beam was my great grandfather. This conclusion was a direct result of looking at the records of Grandstaff Funeral Home in Roann, Indiana, which recorded my grandfather Charles Beam's death and showed his father to be Aaron Beam. I submit this message instead of deleting the subject in case someone else has the same question.
