Darke County Wills

Peter Weaver wrote his will on May 8, 1848 and it was filed in Probate Court on May 27, 1848. His son, Henry was the executor. Does anyone know whether Henry had to make a court filing to show that he carried out the instructions of the will? If so, where would I find this filing?
