I assume the Pheba Jane you mentioned is the daughter of Michael and Mary (Mote) Noggle. I don't have her spouse yet, but I have just started working on the Noggles. I will keep an eye out for her. What I have so far on her family is:

I have my Noggle line traced only back to George Sr. and Catherine (Hoenline) Noggle. I got there children from George Sr.'s will. I have census listings for George Jr. and his brothers Michael, David, and John. I have descendents of my gg grandma, Mary Elizabeth Noggle Clark, and some of the descendents of her sisters. I have some pictures from the early 1900's that I know include Noggles but I can only identify the people closely related to me and a few others. I would be happy to share anything I have that would be useful to you.
