Davis

I am trying to find information for Silas Davis and his wife Johanna. Silas was born in 1800 and Johanna in 1803. Johanna's full name is Johanna Schoonhoven Van der Mark Davis. Both Silas and his wife died during the summer of 1849 in the cholera epidemic. Their daughter Mercy Davis Rodgers also died of cholera that summer. My grandmother said that they died "at Gettysburg, Ohio." The trouble is that there are two towns of that name and I have no info as to which county they lived in, and since they died in 1849 they are not listed on a census that lists all family members. Can anyone help me?
