Andrea: I have the following information:
LEVI STRADER was born February 01, 1845, and died May 23, 1909. He was the son of Jacob Strader. He married SOPHIA REICHARD on July 04, 1866 in (Arcanum) Darke County, Ohio. She was born July 28, 1845, and died December 06, 1925, the daughter of SAMUEL REICHARD and MARY JANE KING.
The children of LEVI STRADER and SOPHIA REICHARD are:
i. SYLVESTER STRADER, b. June 01, 1867, Zionsville, Boone County, Indiana; d. December 31, 1941, Piqua, Miami County, Ohio.
ii. WESLEY STRADER, b. March 29, 1870; d. February 25, 1886.
iii. NORA STRADER, b. June 07, 1871; d. December 16, 1889.
iv. CORA STRADER, b. June 07, 1871; d. July 27, 1871 (?Mahalasville, Morgan County, Indiana.)
v. EVERETT STRADER, b. May 21, 1873, Arcanum, Darke County, Ohio; d. October 04, 1901.
vi. LEWIS STRADER, b. August 07, 1875, Arcanum, Darke County, Ohio; d. Abt. 1953.
vii. LULA STRADER, b. August 07, 1875.
It is my understanding that the family moved to Indiana with Sophia's parents, moved back to Arcanum, and then moved back to Indiana. I have nothing more on Levi or Jacob as this is not the line that my husband follows, but I do have more on the decendants of the children as well as Sophia lineage back to Johannes Reichard who arrived here in mid 1700's. I also have Mary Jane King's parents listed as John & Mary (Ware) King; being the only information that I have on that family.
