It looks like my Daniel Unger is the son of Michael Unger Jr.I have the History of the Houk Family written by Dr. Ted Houk. I'm from the line of Henry Houk and Johannah Ford of Md.Their son James Houk married Abihail Shepherd and I come from this branch.
In Ted Houk's research, it states that Sarah(Sally Ann) Unger(daughter of Daniel Unger) was born in Miamisburgh,Ohio in Montgomery,Co. Ohio. In the Miami County index on the internet is where I found the marriage of Daniel Unger to a Mary Butt which was the same date that my Grandmother had recorded.
As far as Joe Fox...he is a mystery...obviously another line??I guess I'll still have to go on the assumtion that Mary Butt is the right name of my GGG Grandmother. I know where David Cem. is but I no longer live in the area...one day I'll have to make the trip back to do some record research.
